Silver Alert Issued for Missing Howard County Man
Howard County police have issued a silver alert and are asking for the public's help tolocate a missing elderly man.
Hugo Oscar Liem, 81, was last seen leaving the Ellicott City Senior Center in the 9400 block of Frederick Road at approximately 3:30 p.m. today. He was driving a
silver 2009 Honda Accord with Maryland tag 7FDL20.
His family reported him missing when he didn’t return home as expected. Police are concerned for his welfare due to age-related health concerns.
Mr. Liem is described as a
white male, five feet six inches tall, 150 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a purple Ravens sweatshirt, brown pants and white shoes.
