July 22 at approximately 11:40 p.m., a 25-year-old woman from Bethesda reported to officers in the 2nd District that she had been the victim of an armed robbery. Through the course of the investigation it was learned that she was walking in the 5000 block of Brookdale Road in Bethesda she noticed an older-looking white Crown Victoria (police model) parked on the street. Upon the completion of the robbery the suspects entered their car and drove away.
