Leggett, State Labor Secretary Perez Join to Help Educate County Homeowners on Preven
County Executive Isiah Leggett will join with the Maryland State Secretary of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Tom Perez to help educate Montgomery County homeowners about how to protect themselves against foreclosures and predatory lending schemes.
