Police Seek Help Locating Man Missing from Silver Spring

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police 3rd District Investigative Section are asking the public’s help in locating a missing man.

Milton Gomes of the 9500 block of Warren Street in Silver Spring has been missing since Sunday, June 24. He was last seen on June 24, at his home. It was believed that he was going to the Forest Glen Metro Station. He frequently takes the Metro to Washington, D.C. He takes medication to treat an illness, and it is not believed that he has medication with him. It is uncharacteristic for him to be away this length of time.

Mr. Gomes is a 34-year-old Hispanic man, 5’8” tall, weighing 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and hair. He was last seen wearing black shorts, a black short-sleeve button-up shirt, black ankle socks, and dark blue athletic shoes.
