Leggett, Floreen and Ervin Join Housing Officials at Grand Re-Opening of Barrington A

County Executive Isiah Leggett will be joined by County Councilmember Nancy Floreen and others to officially re-open the Barrington Apartments (formerly the Rosemary Village Cooperative) after more than $18 million of extensive renovation work on the 415-unit property was completed. Among those joining Leggett will be Clarence Snuggs, Deputy Secretary for the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development; Peter Coccaro, Affordable Housing Director for Fannie Mae and Stanley P. Herskovitz from project owner Fairfield Residential LLC.

Directions: The entrance to the complex is at 1901 East West Highway. The community center is located at the rear of the complex at 1970 Rosemary Hills Drive. Enter the complex and follow the road around to the right and continue to the rear of the complex.
