Events   June 7-14, 2012 Celebrate All Week At The Senior Center  Come to the Senior Center for a week of events starting Monday, June 11 to celebrate the completion of the Rockville Senior Center expansion. Join the Mayor and Council on Friday, June 15 at 10:30 for a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration.  Be Entertained At The F. Scott Theatre In "Trial by Jury", Edwin is a member of the noble class and Angelina, the daughter of a rich businessman who hires a win-at-all-costs counselor, with lots of public spectacle. In "The Sorcerer", two young lovers wreak havoc on their village - with the help of a dealer in magic and spells. Preview June 7 at 8 p.m. Come To An Open House At Twinbrook Join your friends and neighbors for an open house at the Twinbrook Community Recreation Center on Saturday, June 9 from noon to 2 p.m. The event will feature kids activities, fitness demos, nature classes and more! Free. Enter A Raffle To Win A Rain Barrel Learn how to select, install and maintain rain barrels, and learn how this technique helps protect Rockville's watersheds. A rain barrel will be raffled off to one lucky Rockville resident! From 1-3 p.m. at the Senior Center. Take A Field Trip To Air And Space Museum June 13, Wednesday, Rockville Science Center field trip to Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Dulles Airport, guided tour, 10:00-12:00am, highlights Space Shuttle Discovery.   Volunteer to Shape the City's Future The City is seeking community members - including residents and representatives of the business, nonprofit, government and education sectors - to help shape the future of the city by serving on one of six Rockville Summit working groups from June through October of this year.
