• No pattern activity was reported.


J2 Beat:

• A robbery occurred in the 4300 block of Morningwood Drive, Olney on Thursday, 5/17 at 11:25 p.m. The suspect assaulted the victim and obtained property.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 18700 block of Brooke Road, Sandy Spring on Monday, 5/14 between 4:30 p.m. and 6:35 p.m. Unforced entry; property taken.

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 2400 block of Saint Albert Terrace, Brookeville on Thursday, 5/17 at 12:30 a.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.


K1 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 14200 block of Georgia Avenue, Rockville on Sunday, 5/13 between 12:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Unforced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 13600 block of Middlevale Lane, Silver Spring on Tuesday, 5/22 at 1:00 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 1900 block of Middlebridge Drive, Silver Spring on Thursday, 5/17 between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 14200 block of Valleyfield Drive, Aspen Hill on Tuesday, 5/22 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:40 p.m. Unforced entry; property taken.

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 14000 block of Rippling Brook Drive, Silver Spring on Tuesday, 5/15 at around 2:00 p.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.


K2 Beat:

• Three robberies were reported on Saturday, 5/19 in the area of Glenmont Metro, Wheaton. On Monday, 5/21. A suspect was arrested for the three events.
  • In the 12500 block of Georgia Avenue at 1:02 p.m. The suspect threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property.
  • At Sheraton Street & Urbana Drive at 10:30 p.m. The suspect threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property.
  • At Sheraton Street & Urbana Drive at 10:40 p.m. The suspect threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property.
Arrested: Male, 17, from Germantown.

• A sexual assault occurred at Connecticut Avenue and Randolph Road, Wheaton on Tuesday, 5/22 at 9:30 p.m. The suspect inappropriately touched the victim.
Suspect: White Male, 54.


L1 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 2700 block of Hardy Avenue, Silver Spring on Friday, 5/18 between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Unforced entry; property taken.

• A peeping tom incident occurred in the 11600 block of Orebaugh Avenue, Silver Spring on Thursday, 5/17 at 2:47 p.m. The suspect was looking in windows.
Suspect: White Male, 25-30, 6’ - 6’3, 170-180 lbs., with short hair.


L2 Beat:

• An armed robbery occurred at Veirs Mill Road and University Boulevard, Wheaton on Tuesday, 5/22 at 11:40 p.m. The suspects threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property.
Suspects: two black males, 20’s, average height and weight.

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 2700 block of Fenimore Drive, Silver Spring.
Arrested: Male, 29, from Germantown.

• A weapons violation occurred at Wheaton Mall, Wheaton on Friday, 5/18 at 9:00 p.m. The suspects were seen with a weapon.
Suspect: black male, 18-20, 5’7” - 5’9”, wearing tan sweat pants and a tan button down shirt;
Suspects: two black males.

• An indecent exposure incident occurred on University Boulevard in the area of Georgia Avenue, Wheaton on Tuesday, 5/15 at 2:45 p.m. The suspect exposed himself to the victim.
Suspect: Hispanic male, 32, 5’10, 185 – 200 lbs. short black hair;
Vehicle: white van, MD tags.
