D1 Beat: An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 3900 block of Bradley Boulevard, Chevy Chase on Wednesday, 4/12 at 3:30 p.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken. D2 Beat: No significant events to report. D3 Beat: An attempted burglary occurred at Kensington Parkwood Elementary School, 4710 Saul Road, Bethesda on Sunday, 4/15 at 4:00 a.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken. A residential burglary occurred in the 11300 block of Connecticut Avenue, Kensington overnight from Saturday, 4/14 to Sunday, 4/15. Forced entry nothing taken. Two thefts from vehicles occurred overnight from Monday, 4/9 to Tuesday, 4/10 in this Kensington beat. Entry was gained into two unlocked vehicles, one in the 10300 block of Drumm Avenue and the other in the 3200 block of Fayette Road. GPS units were taken in both events. E1 Beat: A residential burglary occurred in the 5200 block of Elliot Road, Bethesda on Thursday, 4/12 between noon and 8:40 p.m. Forced entry; but nothing taken. E2 Beat: No significant activity to report. E3 Beat: No significant activity to report. E4 Beat: A commercial burglary occurred at Mirage Nails, 11540 Rockville Pike, North Bethesda overnight from Wednesday, 4/11 to Thursday, 4/12. Forced entry; property taken. A residential burglary/vandalism incident occurred in the 10800 block of Antigua Terrace, North Bethesda on Saturday, 4/14 at approximately 3:00 p.m. Forced entry; substantial vandalism of property; nothing taken. Arrested: Male, 31, from Silver Spring. |
