G1 Beat:

• A commercial robbery occurred in the front parking lot of the Taco Bell, 7720 Blair Mill Road, Silver Spring on Thursday, 3/22 at 9:16 a.m. The suspect displayed a weapon and obtained property.
Suspect: B/M, 5’10”, black coat, gray hoodie, tan khaki pants and black pants.

• Three robberies occurred in the business district of Silver Spring:

• In the 8400 block of Colesville Road on Saturday, 3/24 at 1:13 a.m.
  Suspect: H/M.
  
  
• In an alley in the area of Wayne Avenue and Ellsworth Drive on Saturday, 3/24 at 12:01 a.m. Suspects displayed a weapon and obtained property.
  Suspects: (2) B/M’s, 20-30 years, wearing masks, dark clothing.
  
  
• In the area of Wayne Ave and Colesville Road on Friday, 3/23 at 9:35 p.m. The suspects assaulted the victim and obtained property.
  Suspects: 15 B/M’s, one described as being 16-18 years

• A residential burglary occurred in the 500 block of Thayer Avenue, Silver Spring on Wednesday, 3/21 between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Unknown entry; property taken.

• A commercial burglary occurred at The American Cancer Society, 801 Roeder Road, Silver Spring between 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 3/26 and 8:02 a.m. on Tuesday, 3/27. Unknown entry; property taken.


G2 Beat:

• An aggravated assault occurred on Friday, 3/23 at 5 p.m. in the 900 block of Ellsworth Drive, Silver Spring. The victim was assaulted by the suspects.
Arrested: Male, age 25, from Durham, North Carolina; Male, age 23, from Montgomery Village.

• A commercial burglary occurred at G&G Auto Service, 9501 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring on Monday, 3/26 between 3:45 a.m. and 5:18 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.
Suspect: Male, 20-30 years, 5’8” to 5’10”, 150-190lbs, short hair, baseball cap


H1 Beat:

• A robbery occurred in the 8300 block of Barron Street, Silver Spring on Friday, 3/23 at 4:15 a.m. The suspect approached the victim, displayed a weapon and obtained property.
Suspect: B/M, 5’7” to 5’9”, wearing white tank top, dark pants.


H2 Beat:

• No significant activity reported


I1 Beat:

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 1500 block of Heather Hollow Circle, Silver Spring on Monday, 3/26 at 10:20 p.m. The suspect is known to the victim.
Suspect: Black female.

• An aggravated assault occurred in the parking lot at 12000 Cherry Hill Road, Silver Spring on Thursday, 3/22 at 7:48 p.m. The suspect threatened the victim with a weapon and fled.
Suspect: W/M, 23-28 years, 6”, 180lbs, wearing an orange t-shirt, blue jeans

• A commercial burglary occurred at The Golden China, 12719 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Spring on Sunday, 3/25 at approximately 4:00 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• A commercial burglary occurred at Fairland Animal Hospital, located at 12711 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Spring on Wednesday, 3/21 at 4:14 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.


I2 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 2700 block of Fairdale Road, Fairland on Monday, 3/19 between 7:50 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 14400 block of Castle Boulevard, Silver Spring on Monday, 3/26. Forced entry; property taken.

• A commercial burglary occurred in a storage room at Zuckerman Properties, 13826 Castle Boulevard, Silver Spring on Monday, 3/26 between 7:30 a.m. and 10:20 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.
