G1 Beat:

• An armed robbery occurred in the 8600 block of Fenton Street on Sunday, 1/29 at 7:59 p.m. The suspects assaulted the victim with a weapon and obtained property.
Arrested: Male, age 16, from Washington, DC; Male, age 14, from Washington, DC.

• An attempted armed robbery occurred in the 900 block of Thayer Avenue on Sunday, 1/29 at 11:32 p.m. The suspects assaulted one of the victims.
Suspects: (2) Unknown Males, 5’6” to 5’7”, wearing dark clothing.

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 8700 block of Colesville Road, Silver Spring on Tuesday, 1/31 at 6:40 p.m.


G2 Beat:

• A robbery occurred in the 100 block of Schuyler Road, Silver Spring on Tuesday, 1/31 at 12:30 a.m.

• An armed robbery occurred in the 1700 block of Lansdowne Way, Silver Spring on Saturday, 1/28 at 3:18 a.m. The suspect assaulted the victim with a weapon and obtained property.
Suspect: H/M, 5’7” to 5’9”, 180-200 lbs, wearing a black ski mask and black clothing.

• A robbery occurred in the 100 block of Croydon Ct, Silver Spring on Monday, 1/30 at 7:00 p.m. The suspect is known to the victim.
Arrested: Male, age 16, from Silver Spring.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 2400 block of Darrow Street, Silver Spring on Saturday, 1/28 at 3:50 a.m. Unforced entry; unknown whether anything was taken.
Suspects: (2) Unknown/Males.

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 2400 block of Dexter Avenue, Silver Spring on Thursday, 1/26 at 9:38 a.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.

• A commercial burglary occurred at The Eggspectation Restaurant, 923 Ellsworth Drive, Silver Spring on Friday, 1/27 at 2:14 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• A sexual assault occurred in the 1500 block of Flora Lane, Silver Spring on Thursday, 1/26 between 3:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. The suspect is known to the victim.


H1 Beat:

• An armed robbery occurred in the 500 block of Domer Avenue, Silver Spring on Sunday, 1/29 at 7:25 p.m. The suspects threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property.
Suspects: (2) H/M’s, 18-25 years, 5’3” to 6”, wearing black masks, dark clothing.


H2 Beat:

• A robbery/assault occurred at Northampton Dr & Beacon Road, Silver Spring on Wednesday, 1/25 at 4:46 p.m. The suspects assaulted the victim and removed property.
Suspects: (4) B/Ms, 16-19 years; (2) H/Ms, 16-19 years.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 9800 block of Dilston Road, Silver Spring on Wednesday, 1/25 at 8:31 a.m. No forced entry.
Arrested: Male, age 17, from Colesville; Male, age 16, from Silver Spring; Male, age 17, from Silver Spring.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 10700 block of Venetia Mill Circle, Silver Spring on Tuesday, 1/31 at 10:50 a.m.

• A commercial burglary occurred at Foster Produce Sales, 10000 Colesville Road, Silver Spring between 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 1/24 and 8:10 a.m. on Wednesday, 1/25. Forced entry; property taken.


I1 Beat:

• A homicide occurred in the 11400 block of July Drive, Silver Spring on Saturday, 1/28 at 2:48 p.m. Press releases were issued.

• A residential burglary occurred on Wednesday, 1/25 between 12:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. in the 600 block of Sherbrook Drive. Unforced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred on Wednesday, 1/25 between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the 800 block of Arrington Drive, Silver Spring. Unforced entry; property removed.

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 14500 block of Fairdale Drive, Silver Spring on Thursday, 1/26 at 10:31 a.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.
