The Rockville City Police Department is seeking help in identifying three people who are responsible in the robbery of a Rockville woman and her son as they unloaded groceries in front of their home. Clear surveillance photos are included.

The Montgomery County Police is warning of a scam targeting Asian victims. In November and January at least two confidence game scams occurred in the Rockville area. Suspect descriptions for both crimes are similar and are included. The suspects are still at large.

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Fiscal Year 2013 Preliminary Proposed Budget is now available for review in advance of public hearings early next month. The Montgomery County hearing is February 2.
