Tips for a New You this New Year
If you were not able to attend the New Year~New You program last week here are a few tips from our presenters, Marcie Lovett with Organized by Marcie and Beth Novick, Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. Marcie recommended five habits to increase efficiency: Limit what you keep; Establish time lines for letting go; Designate a home for everything; Don't put it down, put it away; and Make time for maintenance. Beth talked about three important parts of healthy living; nutrition, exercise, and rest. She encouraged everyone to define their goals and then get started. She also recommended small changes as these then lead to larger changes. If you would like to talk to either Marcie or Beth or have them come to your home or office to get you started on the right path contact Marcie Lovett at email@example.com or 301.219.3789 and Beth Novick at firstname.lastname@example.org or 301.774.1407.
