Tips for a New You this New Year If you were not able to attend the New Year~New You program last week here are a few tips from our presenters, Marcie Lovett with Organized by Marcie and Beth Novick, Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. Marcie recommended five habits to increase efficiency: Limit what you keep; Establish time lines for letting go; Designate a home for everything; Don't put it down, put it away; and Make time for maintenance. Beth talked about three important parts of healthy living; nutrition, exercise, and rest. She encouraged everyone to define their goals and then get started.
