Police Seek Help in Locating Missing Teenager from Rockville

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - Family Crimes Division are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager from Rockville.

Anthony Alexander Escobar, age 14, of the 14900 block of Broschart Road in Rockville, was last seen in the area of Broschart Road on January 5 at approximately 1:40 p.m. Escobar is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’09” tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray and tan hooded sweatshirt, a black t-shirt (worn underneath the sweatshirt), and black sweatpants. He may be wearing glasses with frames that are black on top and clear on the bottom. Anthony has a tattoo of the name “Johanna” on his neck and a teardrop tattoo located on his index finger.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare because of his age. He may also be in need of medical attention.

Missing Rockville Teenager Located

Today, Anthony Alexander Escobar, age 14, of the 14900 block of Broschart Road in Rockville, was located safe and unharmed in the District of Columbia.

Police and family thank the public, media outlets, and local listservs for publicizing this missing person case.
