BURGLARY ARRESTS- 09/05/11-09/06/11-(4:00 p.m. – 12:04 a.m.) Valiant Emilio Rodriguez, M, age 27, of Rockville, was arrested for 4th degree burglary and trespassing following a complaint in the 100 block of Rollins Avenue. Mr. Rodriguez was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
ASSAULT ARRESTS- 09/09/11-(2:35 p.m. – 2:43 p.m.) Yi Fan Zhang, M, age 23, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for 2nd degree assault, malicious destruction of property, and disorderly conduct, following a complaint in the unit block of Mannakee Street. Mr. Zhang was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS- 09/03/11-(7:49 p.m.) Anthony Joseph Cash, M, age 24, of Germantown, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of West Gude Drive and Gaither Road. Mr. Cash was issued criminal citation and released.
- 09/08/11-(12:03 p.m.) Male juvenile, age 16, of Silver Spring, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana following a complaint in the 14500 block of Avery Road. The male juvenile was transported to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 1st District Station for processing and released into the custody of his mother.
- 09/09/11-(4:21 a.m.) 2 male juveniles, ages 17, both of Gaithersburg, were arrested for: Juvenile #1 for possession of CDS-paraphernalia; Juvenile #2 for possession of CDS-marijuana, following a complaint in the 100 block of Watkins Pond Boulevard. The juveniles were transported to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 1st District station for processing and released into the custody of their parents.
- 09/09/11-(5:20 a.m.) Thomas Caleb Oates, Jr., M, age 24, of Rockville, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute of CDS-PCP and possession with intent to distribute CDS-cocaine, following a complaint in the 600 block of Douglas Avenue. Mr. Oates was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
VANDALISM ARREST- 09/07/11-(10:00 p.m. – 10:11 p.m.) Justin Milligan Larson, M, age 25, of Rockville, was arrested for malicious destruction of property following a complaint in the1200 block of Highwood Road. Mr. Larson was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

THEFTS- 08/25/11-(7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.) 5900 block of Spaatz Place, unknown suspect(s) removed aluminum siding from a resident’s yard.
- 09/03/11-09/04/11-(4:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m.) 1100 block of Parrish Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS from an unlocked vehicle.
- 09/04/11-(4:55 p.m.) 14900 block of Shady Grove Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a camera from a retail store.
- 09/05/11-09/06/11-(9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) 1000 block of Brice Road, unknown suspect(s) removed an airbag from an unlocked vehicle.
- 09/09/11-(12:20 a.m. – 12:23 a.m.) 1100 block of Elmcroft Boulevard, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS and a pair of sunglasses from a vehicle.
- 09/09/11-(12:20 a.m. – 12:23 a.m.) 800 block of Royal Crescent, unknown suspect(s) removed 2 GPS and U.S. currency from 2 vehicles.
- 09/09/11-(12:20 a.m. - 12:23 a.m.) 1300 block of Gaither Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a satellite radio from a vehicle.
- 09/09/11-09/10/11-(5:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) 2500 block of Lindley Overlook, unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop and a wallet from a vehicle.
BURGLARIES- 09/03/11-(8:00 p.m. – 9:20 p.m.) 12900 block of Twinbrook Parkway, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by prying open a rear basement window of a residence. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a video game console, jewelry, U.S. currency, and a laptop computer.
- 09/09/11-09/11/11-(3:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.) 700 block of Grandin Avenue, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by breaking a rear window of a residence. Nothing taken.
- 09/09/11-(7:15 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) 800 block of Lynn Court, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by forcing open a kitchen window. Nothing taken.
- 09/09/11-09/10/11-(11:00 p.m. -8:48 a.m.) 100 block of Prettyman Drive, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means through a garage door. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a video game console, a laptop, 3 credit cards and a wallet.
