Police Seek the Public’s Help in Identifying Suspect in Burglary Case

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police, 4th District Investigative Section are investigating a burglary that occurred sometime between March 27 and April 3 in Silver Spring. Detectives have recently obtained a surveillance photo of a suspect.

The preliminary investigation revealed that on April 3, 4th District officers responded to the 15300 block of Good Hope Road, in the Paint Branch community of Silver Spring, for the report of a burglary. The officers confirmed that a burglary had occurred and that numerous items were taken, including credit cards, jewelry, and the victim’s car. The victim was out of the country for a week and did not realize their home had been burglarized until they returned.
