BURGLARY ARRESTS- 08/07/11-(2:55 a.m. – 3:01 a.m.) Sebastian Mendez Palacios, M, age 30, of no fixed address, was arrested for 4th degree burglary and disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 14000 block of Cove Lane. Mr. Mendez Palacios was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
THEFT ARRESTS- 08/06/11-(3:16 p.m. – 3:21 p.m.) Theresa Madeline Adkins, F, age 50, of Rockville, was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 1600 block of Rockville Pike. Ms. Adkins was issued a criminal citation and released.
ASSAULT ARRESTS- 08/02/11-(2:00 p.m. – 2:20 p.m.) Roberta Sandra Weiner, F, age 63, of Rockville, was arrested for 2nd degree assault, disorderly conduct, trespassing, and resisting arrest, following a complaint in the unit block of Mannakee Street. Ms. Weiner was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 08/03/11-(9:36 a.m. – 9:38 a.m.) Frank John Valenta, M, age 51, of Rockville, was arrested for 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the unit block of Maryland Avenue. Mr. Valenta was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 08/05/11-(3:20 p.m. – 3:25 p.m.) Reginald Lamont Cooper, M, age 35, of Silver Spring, was arrested for 2 counts of 1st degree assault and 2 counts of 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Mr. Cooper was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 08/06/11-(7:00 p.m. – 7:14 p.m.) Chi Sung Pham, M, age 34, of Rockville, was arrested for 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the 600 block of Smallwood Road. Mr. Pham was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS - 07/31/11-(9:51 p.m.) Joshua Roderick Hunsberger, M, age 20, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 2000 block of Gainsboro Road. Mr. Hunsberger was issued a criminal citation and released.
- 08/02/11-(9:48 p.m.) Juan Humberto Argueta, M, age 19, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana following a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Bradley Avenue. Mr. Argueta was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

- 07/20/11-07/29/11-(1:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.) 700 block of King Farm Boulevard, unknown suspect(s) removed U.S. currency from a wallet at an apartment.
- 07/25/11-08/01/11-(9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) 500 block of Garden View Way, unknown suspect(s) removed a set of magic cards, a Bluetooth, jewelry, a Civil War Officer’s Sword, 2 sets of sterling silver flatware.
- 07/27/11-08/03/11-(9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) Unit block of Monroe Street, unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop from an office.
- 07/31/11-08/01/11-(10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) 1400 block of Selworthy Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop computer with case from an unlocked vehicle.
- 08/02/11-08/03/11-(9:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.) 1200 block of Clagett Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a tree from a yard.
- 08/03/11-(12:00 p.m. – 12:15 p.m.) 15100 block of Frederick Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed an unattended wallet containing U.S. currency, a driver’s license, 2 credit cards, a checkbook and assorted papers and photos from a bathroom at a restaurant.
- 08/04/11-08/05/11-(12:01 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) 300 block of Frederick Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed a 7 piece buffet set from a vehicle.
- 08/04/11-08/05/11-(12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.) 1600 block of East Jefferson Street, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS from a vehicle.
- 08/04/11-(6:50 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) 1300 block of Broadwood Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed 2 cell phones, a wallet and U.S. currency that were left unattended during a basketball game at a park.
- 08/06/11-08/07/11-(3:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.) 100 block of Halpine Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a car stereo and an Ipod cable from a vehicle.
- 08/06/11-(4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.) 1900 block of Chapman Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed an unattended wallet containing U.S. currency, a driver’s license, and 2 credit cards from a dressing room at a retail store.
BURGLARIES- 08/1/11-(7:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) 500 block of Bradford Drive, Residential, unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain access by breaking a rear sliding glass door of a residence. No entry was made.
- 08/04/11-08/05/11-(5:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.) Unit block of Church Street, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means into an office suite. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed U.S. currency, 2 cameras and an Ipod.
