F. Scott TheatreThe Victorian Lyric Opera Company will perform "The Mikado" June 9-12 and June 17-19 at F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre. As one of Gilbert and Sullivan's most famous opera, audiences will enjoy the story, the music and the characters. Tickets now on sale.

Farmers Market Features Fresh, Local Finds  Rockville Farmers MarketThe Rockville Farmers Market is open Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the corner of Route 28 and Monroe Street. The market is open through Nov. 19, and offers seasonal fruits and vegetables, bedding plants, cut flowers, preserves, honey, herbs, baked goods and more. Parking is free.

Participants who visit at least five safety stations will receive a pass to visit the pool this summer.

American FlagCome out to celebrate the nation's flag during Rockville's Flag Day ceremony in Rockville Town Square. The event begins at 6 p.m. with a performance by the Fugitive Brass Quintet, followed by the ceremony at 7 p.m.

cyberbullyingA Cyber Safety (Bullying) Awareness Night will take place 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, at Lincoln Park Community Center, 357 Frederick Ave. Parents, teens and children in grades three through six can learn to prevent cyberbullying and ask questions of MCPS officials, and Rockville and Montgomery County Police.
