Events   June 2-9, 2011 Take a Wildlife Garden Tour Want to attract wildlife to your yard? Come out from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 4, for a tour of  yards that are certified as wildlife habitats. We will provide information and resources to help you certify your yard, too. Meet at Croydon Creek Nature Center. Space is limited. Cost is $10, residents; $12, nonresidents. Register for Course No. 35563. Farmers Market Features Fresh, Local Finds  The Rockville Farmers Market is open Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the corner of Route 28 and Monroe Street. The market is open through Nov. 19, and offers seasonal fruits and vegetables, bedding plants, cut flowers, preserves, honey, herbs, baked goods and more. Parking is free. Coral Cantigas Perform Saturday Celebrate 20 years of passionate songs, infectious rhythms and dynamic collaborations with renowned artists during a multi-media event that features commissioned premieres by Puerto Rican composers Enrique Bayoán and Sonia Morales at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 4, at F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre. Tickets on sale now. 25 Years of Sculpture on the Grounds Celebrating its silver anniversary, the annual Sculpture on the Grounds exhibit returns to Rockville's Civic Center Park Sunday, June 5. The free show features large-scale sculptures surrounded by the park's natural beauty. The exhibit opens with a reception and walking tour between 1 and 2:30 p.m. The exhibit runs through October. Get Over the Hump During Out to Lunch What do you get when you combine Wednesday's Farmers Market with a live band and a lot of great places to eat? Find out at Out to Lunch Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. when East Montgomery Avenue becomes a festival. Stay Safe at the Pool Join the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center for a free community Water Safety Day, Tuesday, June 14, 5-8:30 p.m. Learn about the proper use of lifejackets, how to prevent drowning, which swim lessons your child should take and more.
