M2 Beat:

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 9800 block of Bethesda Church Road on Sunday, 5/22 between 3:00 p.m. and 3:38 p.m. The suspect assaulted the victim.
Arrested: Milton Powell III, 41 years, of an unknown address

• A residential burglary occurred in the 24100 block of Log House Road on Friday, 5/20 at 10:10 p.m. Unknown entry, nothing taken.

• There were five thefts from vehicles and one attempt overnight between Friday, 5/20 and Saturday, 5/21. In all events, entry was made via an unlocked door.
  • 21000 block of Sunnyacres Road – GPS taken.
  • 20800 block of Merle Drive – currency taken.
  • 20900 block of Merle Drive – No property taken.

• A weapons offense occurred in the 6300 block of Griffith Road on Thursday, 5/19 at 3:01 a.m. The suspect threatened the victim with a weapon and was arrested.
Arrested: Male, 45 years, from Laytonsville.


M3 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 12200 block of Dancrest Drive on Thursday, 5/19 at 4:40 a.m. Unknown entry, nothing taken.

• A theft from vehicle occurred in the 12400 block of Dancrest Drive between Friday, 5/20 and Sunday, 5/22. Entry was made via an unlocked door and a GPS unit was taken.


N1 Beat:

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 12300 block of Silvergate Way on Tuesday 5/17, between 10:15 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Attempted forced entry, nothing taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 18800 block of Bent Willow Circle on Tuesday, 5/24 at 12:25 a.m. Unknown entry, nothing taken.


N2 Beat:

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 18900 block of Highstream Drive on Wednesday, 5/18 at 2:20 a.m. Attempted forced entry, nothing taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 15200 block of Barnesville Road on Friday, 5/20 at 5:30 p.m. Unknown entry, property taken.

• A peeping tom incident occurred in the 13100 block of Wonderland Way on Friday, 5/20 at 9:35 p.m. The victim looked out her sliding glass window and noticed the suspect kneeling down and looking into her window.

• A peeping tom incident occurred in the 18000 block of Cottage Garden Drive on Sunday, 5/22 at 10:09 p.m. A suspect was seen peering in a window.

• A peeping tom incident occurred in the hundred block of Metz Drive on Sunday, 5/22 at 10:45 p.m. A suspect was seen peering in a window.

• A peeping tom incident occurred in the 13200 block of Chalet Place on Sunday, 5/22 at 11:00 p.m. A suspect was seen peering in a window.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 22500 block of Peach Tree Road on Friday, 5/20 between 5:20 and 5:50 p.m. Forced entry, property taken.
