Bethesda Painting Awards Exhibit   The Bethesda Painting Awards will feature the work of eight painters at the Artery Plaza Gallery from June 1 - 25, 2011. The annual exhibition and awards honors regional painters and awards $14,000 in prize monies to the top artists. Stop by during the month of June to see the region's most exciting and talented painters, and to see who took top honors this year.     Finalists include James Adkins, Ellicott City, MD; John Aquilino, Rockville, MD; Sheila Blake, Takoma Park, MD; Ron Boehmer, Lynchburg, VA; J.
