Montgomery County’s Spring Guide for Recreation and Park Programs Now Available

Montgomery County’s Department of Recreation will begin accepting registrations for its spring classes on Monday, February 14. Registration for swim lessons opens on Wednesday, February 16.

The Spring Guide offers a wide variety of classes and programs designed to help participants stay active and have fun. Among the many offerings are yoga, belly dance and Zumba, as well as pottery, cooking and ballroom dancing. Seniors, age 55 and above, can have fun in the New Exciting Adult Travel (NEAT) program or enroll in the affordable Silver Sneakers program.

Registration is offered in one of four ways: by mail or fax, online or in person at the Recreation Department Administrative Offices located at 4010 Randolph Road, Silver Spring.
