P1 Beat:

• An armed robbery occurred at West Deer Park Road and Deer Park Court in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, 12/28 at 8:00 p.m. The adult male victim was walking down the street when three suspects approached him. Suspect #1 was armed with an unknown type of sharp object and demanded money. When the victim refused, the other two suspects forced property from him and fled.
Suspect #1: H/M, 25-30, 5’8”-5’9”, 190 lbs., dark clothing ** armed with sharp object
Suspect #2: H/M, 28-30, 5’5”-5’6”, 180 lbs., yellow winter jacket
Suspect #3: H/M, 22-25, 5’5”-5’6”

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the area of Lamont and Holdcroft Lanes in Gaithersburg at an unknown time between Monday, 12/20 and Tuesday, 12/21. Unknown suspects broke out the rear window and removed a GPS unit. Three other vehicles on the street had their windows smashed but nothing was taken.


P2 Beat:

• An aggravated assault occurred outside the Rockafellas Bar, 12111 Darnestown Road in Gaithersburg on Friday, 12/24 between 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. The adult male was leaving the bar when the suspect struck the victim in the face.
Suspect: B/M, 5’11”-6’0”, dreadlocks

• A residential burglary occurred at the Motel 6, 497 Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg at an unknown time between Wednesday, 12/22 and Thursday, 12/23. No forced entry; property was taken.

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 800 block of Quince Orchard Boulevard in Gaithersburg on Friday, 12/24 at 12:00 a.m. Attempted entry without force. No entry was made.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 900 block of Clopper Road in Gaithersburg on Sunday, 12/26 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. No forced entry. Property was taken.


R1 Beat:

• An armed robbery occurred outside the closed library, located at 701 Russell Avenue in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, 12/21 at 9:24 p.m. No further details are available.

Suspect #3: B/M, 17-20, dreadlocks

• An armed robbery occurred. near Watkins Mill Road and Russell Avenue in Gaithersburg on Sunday, 12/21 between 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. The adult male victim was approached by the suspects. The victim was physically assaulted and property was taken from him.
Suspect #1: B/M, 20-25, 6’0”-6’2”, 175-200 lbs.
Suspect #2: B/M, 20-25, 6’0”-6’2”, 175-200 lbs., ski hat

• A commercial burglary occurred at The Choice Market, 18700 Walkers Choice Road in Montgomery Village at an unknown time on Monday, 12/20 and Tuesday, 12/21. at 9:30 a.m. The suspects forced entry and removed property.

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 19600 block of Blue Smoke Way in Gaithersburg at an unknown time between Monday, 12/20 and Tuesday, 12/21. Attempted forced entry; no entry was made.


R2 Beat:

• An armed robbery occurred in the 19100 block of Mills Choice Road in Montgomery Village on Sunday, 12/26 at 2:25 a.m. when the victim was walking to a vehicle. The suspect approached the victim, implied a gun, and demanded money. Obtaining nothing, the suspect struck the victim and fled.
Suspect: B/M, gray cap, pea coat, implied gun but not seen

S2 Beat:

• An attempted theft (purse snatching) occurred in the 8300 block of Amity Circle in Gaithersburg on Monday, 12/27 at 6:20 a.m. The adult female victim was entering her vehicle, when the suspect appeared and grabbed for her purse. The suspect fled without obtaining anything.
Suspect: B/M, 20-25, 5’5”- 5’7”, 150 - 170 lbs.
