Beginning this month the Montgomery County Department of Transportation will begin a street refurbishing project in the Forest Glen area. The project is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2011.

Booster seats work. A new Pediatrics study shows the injury rate for motor vehicle crashes decreased by 18 percent for children 4 to 6 years of age after a New York state law requiring booster seats was implemented in 2005.
