Free compost bins for Montgomery County residents are available at Brookside Gardens. The Montgomery County division of solid waste services has selected Brookside Gardens’ Library as one of its distribution sites for free compost bins. The bins are light weight and collapsible, and Montgomery County residents can take up to 2 bins.
