Police Seek Help in Locating
Missing Woman from Rockville
Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division – Germantown Investigative Section are seeking the public’s help in locating a 46-year-old woman missing from Rockville.
Andre Antoinette Clarke was last seen on Saturday, March 20, leaving the Rainbow Women’s Shelter at 215 W. Montgomery Avenue, in Rockville. According to family members, she has been homeless and living on the streets of Montgomery County and the District of Columbia since November 2008. Family members reported that her bible was located on a bike path in the District of Columbia.
Andre Antoinette Clarke is described as a
black female, 5’0” tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time she was last seen. She is also bi-polar and may not have her medications with her.
Police and family are concerned for her welfare based on the amount of time that has elapsed since she was last seen. Efforts to reach her since her disappearance have been unsuccessful.
