Concern for Missing Rockville Teen

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Family Crimes Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Rockville teen.

Alice Elizabeth Jones, age 16, of the 8500 block of Bells Ridge Terrace in Rockville, was last seen at her residence yesterday at 7:30 p.m.

She is described as a black female, 5’6” to 5’7” tall, weighing 190 pounds. She has brown eyes, black braided hair, and she may be wearing glasses and a blue winter coat. Additionally, Alice is hearing-impaired and communicates through sign language.

Police and family are very concerned because of her age and disability. There is no foul play suspected.

Missing Rockville Teen Located

Late this afternoon, detectives from the Montgomery County Police Family Crimes Division located Alice Elizabeth Jones, the 16-year-old hearing-impaired girl from Rockville, who was last seen at her home on December 23.

Alice Jones was found safe and unharmed in Baltimore.

Montgomery County Police and the family of Alice Jones would like to thank the members of the media who helped publicize this missing person case.
