Superior Foods Co. Issues Allergy Alert On Undeclared Allergens in Fish Product Superior Foods Co., Grand Rapids, MI. is recalling Lemon Pepper Marinated Catfish because it may contain undeclared soy and FD&C Yellow #5. In addition, Superior Foods Co. is recalling Cajun Style Marinated Catfish because it may contain soy and milk that is not declared on the label. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to these run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
