Default Leggett urges county council to move on code enforcement measures designed to improve

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett will call upon the County Council to act on three remaining code enforcement measures that address “quality of life” issues in Montgomery County. Joining Leggett will be Councilmember Duchy Trachtenberg; Dale Tibbitts, representing Councilmember Marc Elrich; Art Williams, NAACP; Carmen Ortiz Larsen, Co-Chair, Latin American Advisory Group;  and Alexandra Minkler and Sharon Dean, Aspen Hill Civic Association.
