A R R E S T S
ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS- 10/29/09-(1:54 a.m. – 2:46 a.m.) Jorge Alberto Anzora, Jr., M, age 18; Jonathan Alberto Gutierrez, M, age 19, both of Silver Spring and Jasmin Flores, F, age 20, of Rockville, were arrested for possession of alcohol under the age of 21 following a complaint in the 400 block of North Horners Lane. In addition, Mr. Anzora was also charged possession of CDS-marijuana. Ms. Flores and Mr. Gutierrez were issued citations and released. Mr. Anzora was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 10/29/09-(9:11 p.m.) James Curtis Avant, M, age 62, of Glen Dale, was arrested for possession-paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 12900 block of Atlantic Avenue. Mr. Avant was issued a criminal citation and released.
ASSAULT ARREST- 10/25/09-10/26/09-(10:00 p.m. – 8:20 a.m.) Daniel Joseph Hresko, M, age 45, of College Park, was arrested for 2nd degree domestic assault, following a complaint in the 1300 block of Coral Sea Drive. Mr. Hresko was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
AUTO THEFT ARREST- 10/27/09-(4:30 a.m. – 4:41 a.m.) Jonathon Ariel Morin, M, age 20, of Rockville was arrested for auto theft and malicious destruction of property following a complaint in the 900 block of Farm Haven Drive. Mr. Morin was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
BURGLARY ARRESTS- 10/26/09-10/27/09 Two male juveniles, age 11; and a male juvenile, age 13, and a male juvenile, age12, all of Rockville, were arrested for 2nd degree burglary, theft and malicious destruction of property following an earlier incident that occurred on 10/16/09 in the 5900 block of Ridgway Avenue. All juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released into the custody of their parents.
THEFT ARRESTS- 10/26/09-(6:41 p.m.) Male juvenile, age 13, of Rockville, was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 1200 block of Rockville Pike. The male juvenile was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and was released into the custody of his mother.
- 10/28/09-(10:00 a.m.) Fanta Aliou Macalou, F, age 32, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for theft following an earlier incident that occurred between 09/17/09 and 10/27/09 in the 1300 block of Piccard Drive. Ms. Macalou was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
OTHER ARRESTS- 10/29/09-(1:25 a.m. – 1:30 a.m.) Arthur Franklin Bruce, III, M, age 29, of Damascus, was arrested for public intoxication and trespassing following a complaint in the 400 Blandford Street. Mr. Bruce was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 10/31/09-(3:00 a.m. – 3:20 a.m.) Pastora Alisia Barillas, F, age 18, of Rockville, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a complaint at the intersection of Frederick Road and Indianola Drive. Ms. Barillas was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
DUI ARRESTS- 10/27/09-(12:30 a.m.) Claudia Heiskell Neal, F, age 64, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Twinbrook Parkway and Parklawn Drive. Ms. Neal was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
- 10/27/09-(1:37 a.m.) Melissa Ann Temple, F., age 21, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following an accident at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Okinawa Avenue. Ms. Temple was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released

THEFTS- 10/24/09-(7:59 p.m. – 8:04 p.m.) 300 block of North Stonestreet Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed 4 radiators from an auto repair business.
- 10/24/09-10/25/09-(9:00 p.m. – 10:00 a.m.) Unit block of Dale Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed U.S. currency, Canadian currency, and two wallets from three unlocked vehicles.
- 10/25/09-10/26/09-(10:00 p.m. – 7:35 a.m.) 700 block of South Stonestreet Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed a steering wheel and airbag from an unattended vehicle.
- 10/29/09-(5:18 p.m.) 800 block of Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed several hundred bonus coupons from a grocery store.
- 10/29/09-(7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.) 200 block of Richard Montgomery Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a cell phone from an unattended back pack at a school locker room.
- 10/30/09-(2:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.) 100 block of Talbott Street, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system and a check from an unattended vehicle.
- 10/30/09-(2:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.) 300 block of Fallsgrove Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed two GPS systems from two unattended vehicles.
BURGLARY- 10/15/09-11/01/09-(1:00 p.m. – 2:41 p.m.) 1100 block of Maple Avenue, unknown suspect(s) gained access to an attached storage unit through an unlocked door at a residence. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a bicycle.
- 10/24/09-(9:15 p.m. - 9:21 p.m.) Unit block of Southlawn Court, unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain access through an unlocked rear door to a business. No entry was made due to building alarm sounded.
