ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS- 09/04/09-(10:47 p.m.) Patrick James McNulty, M, age 18, of Derwood, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 900 block of Nelson Street. Mr. McNulty was issued a criminal citation and released.
ASSAULT ARREST- 09/09/09-(5:32 a.m. – 5:37 a.m.) Thomas Xavier Painter, M, age 48, of Rockville, was arrested for 1st and 2nd degree domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 200 block of Rockville Pike. Mr. Painter was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
THEFT ARRESTS- 09/08/09-(1:08 p.m.) Eddie Lee Jeffries, M, age 19, of Rockville, was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 1200 block of Rockville Pike. Mr. Jeffries was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
OTHER ARRESTS- 09/07/09-09/08/09-(7:41 p.m. – 12:27 a.m.) Mallory Hamilton Duquesne, F, age 43, of Rockville, was arrested for telephone misuse following a complaint in the unit block of Maryland Avenue. Ms. Duquesne was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 09/10/09-(2:12 a.m.) Javon Justice, M, age 26, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a complaint in the Rockville Pike and Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Justice was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
DUI ARRESTS- 09/04/09-(10:00 p.m.) Scott Harrison Merriam, M, age 23, of Bethesda, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 800 block of Hungerford Drive. Mr. Merriam was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
- 09/05/09-(1:15 a.m.) Frank Jiminez Fallas, M, age 37, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Atlantic Avenue. Mr. Fallas was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
- 09/05/09-(2:30 a.m.) Eric William Cole, M, age 24, of Pasadena, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Frederick Road and Mannakee Street. Mr. Cole was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
- 09/05/09-(2:30 a.m.) Marc Anthony Wilson, Sr., M, age 42, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic accident at the intersection of Hungerford Drive and Frederick Road. Mr. Wilson was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
- 09/06/09-(2:30 a.m.) Lamar James Dailey, M, age 22, of Montgomery Village, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the I-270 and Falls Road. Mr. Dailey was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
- 09/06/09-(11:13 a.m.) Reynaldo Aristides Romero, M, age 47, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic accident in the 1200 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Romero was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
- 09/09/08-(10:44 p.m.) Tiya Lawque Cross, M, age 35, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic accident in the 500 block of Dover Road. Mr. Cross was issued citations and released.
THEFTS- 09/04/09-09/05/09-(6:00 p.m. – 10:30 a.m.) Unit block of Infield Court, unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop computer, a GPS system, a satellite radio, a briefcase and a wallet from an unlocked vehicle.
- 09/09/09-(5:45 p.m. – 6:40 p.m.) Unit block of Maryland Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed a lock, a wallet containing debit and credit cards and an Ipod from a locked locker at a gym.
BURGLARIES- 09/07/09-(2:20 a.m.) 500 block of North Horners Lane, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means into a residence. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a watch, a wallet, U. S. currency, a debit card and a cell phone.
- 09/09/09-(1:30 p.m.- 3:15 p.m.) 800 block of College Parkway, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained entry by forcing open a sliding glass door to an apartment. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed two cameras, a television, 2 cell phones, a laptop, a social security card and a passport.
- 09/09/09-09/10/09-(10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) 100 block of North Van Buren Street, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained entry through an unlocked rear door to a residence. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed 2 wallets, credit cards, 2 driver’s licenses, a cell phone and a laptop with case.
