Montgomery Council Committee to Discuss Employee Tuition Assistance Program

ROCKVILLE, Md., Sept. 10, 2009—The Montgomery County Council’s Management and Fiscal Policy (MFP) Committee on Monday, September 14, will receive a briefing on how funds appropriated for tuition assistance are being used by County employees and how the program is administered by the Office of Human Resources.

The MFP Committee, which is chaired by Duchy Trachtenberg and includes Councilmembers Valerie Ervin and Nancy Navarro, will meet at 9:30 a.m. in Seventh Floor Council Hearinng Room of the Council Office Building at 100 Maryland Ave. in Rockville.
