ROBBERY ARREST
  • 07/14/09-(11:05 p.m. – 11:11 p.m.) Stacy Simmons, M, age 35, of Damascus, was arrested for strong-arm robbery, 2nd degree assault and theft following a complaint 200 block of North Horners Lane. Mr. Simmons was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

THEFT ARRESTS
  • 07/14/09-(7:30 p.m. – 7:50 p.m.) Miguel Antonio Serrano, M, age 42, of no fixed address, was arrested for shoplifting and trespassing following a complaint in the 2200 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Serrano was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

OTHER ARRESTS
  • 07/13/09-(1:35 a.m. – 1:40 a.m.) Saul Diaz Guevara, M, age 26, of Silver Spring, was arrested for public urination following a complaint in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Diaz Guevara was issued a criminal citation and released.

  • 07/15/09-(8:43 a.m.- 9:20 a.m.) Patricia S. Collins, F, age 52, of Rockville was arrested for disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 1100 block of Parrish Drive. Ms. Collins was issued a criminal citation and released.

  • 07/16/09-(7:44 p.m. – 7:55 p.m.) Ricardo Aldofo Gomez, M, age 18, of Silver Spring, was arrested for trespassing following a complaint in the 300 block of Martins Lane. Mr. Gomez was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

  • 07/17/09-(12:10 a.m.) Giacomino J. Pisani, M, age 52, of no fixed address, was arrested for drinking in public following a complaint in the 700 block of Rockville Pike. Mr. Pisani was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

DUI ARRESTS
  • 07/11/09-(2:45 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.) Marvin Rosales Cedillo, M, age 21, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence, hindering and obstructing a police investigation as well as several traffic citations following a traffic accident in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Rosales Cedillo was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

  • 07/16/09-(12:08 a.m. – 1:50 a.m.) Tomasz Miroslaw Basiak, M, age 26, of Beltsville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Crabb Avenue. Mr. Basiak was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

  • 07/17/09-(12:35 a.m. – 3:01 a.m.) Freddie Alonzo Hall, M, age 42, of Silver Spring, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Frederick Avenue and East Gude Drive. Mr. Hall was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

  • 07/18/09-(6:18 a.m.) Bennet Felix Pandit, M, age 32, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Grandin Avenue and Clagett Drive. Mr. Pandit was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

  • 07/10/09-(8:15 a.m. – 6:40 p.m.) 12300 block of Twinbrook Parkway, unknown suspect(s) removed two GPS systems, a pair of sunglasses, assorted CDs and a laptop computer from two unattended vehicles.

  • 07/11/09-07/12/09-(10:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.) 100 block of Moore Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed an Ipod and a camera from an unattended vehicle.

  • 07/13/09-(10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) 1700 block of Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS systems and U.S. currency from an unattended vehicle.

  • 07/13/09-(2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.) 300 block of Martins Lane, unknown suspect(s) removed U.S. currency and a portable video game console with game cartridge from locked locker at a swim facility.
