M1 Beat:

• A strong-arm robbery occurred to the rear of the 7-11 located at 19700 Frederick Road in Germantown on Saturday, 7/4 at 4:40 a.m. The suspects punched the victim and tried to take his property. Victim fled back into the 7-11 and the suspects fled on foot.
Suspect #1: B/M, 5’7”, 145-159 lbs.
Suspect #2: B/M, 6”, 160 lbs.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 19500 block of Gunners Branch Road in Germantown overnight between Wednesday, 7/1 at 10:30 p.m. and Thursday, 7/2 at 6:01 a.m. Suspects entered the apartment and removed property.

• An attempted burglary occurred at Cedar Grove Elementary School located at 19315 Archdale Road in Clarksburg on Saturday, 7/04 at 3:31 a.m. Attempted forced entry, not gained, nothing taken.

• An attempted theft from a vehicle occurred in the 20800 block of Tall Forest Drive in Clarksburg on Wednesday, 7/1. The victim was walking out to her car when she saw the suspect open her unlocked door. When the suspect saw the victim, he fled.

M2 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 23800 block of Woodfield Road in Damascus on Monday, 7/6 between 8:35 p.m. and 9:35 p.m. unknown type entry, nothing taken.

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 9800 block of Bethesda Church Road in Damascus on Friday, 7/3 at 12:10 a.m. Officers responded for a suspicious individual and found the defendant riding his bicycle while carrying a tool box. It was later learned that the tool box had been taken from the rear of a pick up truck parked in the parking lot of the above address. Suspect arrested at
the scene.


N1 Beat:

• A strong-arm robbery occurred at Crystal Rock Drive and Crystal Rock Court in Germantown on Thursday, 7/2 at 1:00 p.m. The victim was on the Ride On bus when the suspect grabbed the victim’s iPod. The victim attempted to grab the iPod back from the suspect, but the suspect knocked the victim to the ground. The suspect then exited the bus and fled.
Suspect: B/M, 17-19 years old, 6”, 180 lbs.

• An attempted strong-arm robbery occurred in the unit block of Cross Ridge Court in Germantown on Friday, 7/3 at 10:00 p.m. The victim, a pizza delivery man, was making a delivery when the suspects approached and began to throw bricks at him. Suspects fled without obtaining any property.

• An armed robbery occurred at Waters Landing Drive and Pickering Drive in Germantown on Saturday, 7/4 at 1:05 a.m. The victim was walking down Waters Landing Drive when the suspects approached and displayed guns. The suspects demanded the victim’s property and when the victim complied the suspects fled.
Suspect #1: B/M, 17-20 years old, 5’7”-5’8”, 140-150 lbs., bandana, gun
Suspect #2: B/M, 17-20 years old, 6”, 150-160 lbs., bandana, gun
Suspect #3: B/M, 17-20 years old

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 19600 block of Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown on Monday, 7/6 at 6:36 a.m. In this domestic incident the male victim was verbally arguing with the female suspect who threw hot oil on the victim.

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 20700 block of Crystal Hill Circle in Germantown on Thursday, 7/2 between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Suspects broke the window and removed a GPS unit.

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 20400 block of Sunbright Lane in Germantown on Thursday, 7/2 at 2:30 a.m. Suspects broke the window and removed a GPS unit

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 12900 block of Pinnacle Drive in Germantown on Sunday, 7/5 at 12:53 a.m. A witness called police after seeing the suspect remove a ladder from a vehicle. Officers located the suspect with the ladder and arrested him.

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 12800 block of Rexmore Drive in Germantown on Tuesday, 7/7 at 3:00 a.m. The victim saw the suspects break a window remove an iPod.

N2 Beat:

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 18700 block of Curry Powder Lane in Germantown on Tuesday, 6/30 between 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Signs of force observed but no entry gained, nothing taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 18900 block of Perrone Drive in Germantown on Friday, 7/3 at 4:20 a.m. The victim phoned police when the suspect was observed attempting to enter the residence. Officers were able to locate the suspect and make an arrest.

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 18600 block of Black Kettle Drive in Boyds on Thursday, 7/2 between 9:00 a.m. and 9:40 a.m. There were signs of forced entry but no entry was gained.
Suspect: B/M, 5’11”, 220-250 lbs.

• An attempted commercial burglary occurred at Clopper Beer and Wine located at 12845 Clopper Road in Germantown on Sunday, 7/5 between 1:15 a.m. and 1:29 a.m. No entry was gained, nothing taken.

• A commercial burglary occurred at the Germantown Outdoor Pool located at 18905 Kingsview Road in Boyds overnight between Saturday, 7/4 at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday, 7/5 at 8:00 a.m. Suspects forced entry and removed property.


N3 Beat:

• A residential garage burglary occurred in the 17000 block of Spates Hill Road in Poolesville overnight between Thursday, 7/2 at 6:00 p.m. and Friday, 7/3 at 7:00 p.m. Unknown type entry was made and property was removed.
