ILLEGAL DRUG ARREST
  • 07/08/09-(10:18 p.m.) Male juvenile, age 16, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana following a complaint in the 200 block of N. Washington Street. The male juvenile was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released into the custody of his mother.

ASSAULT ARREST
  • 07/08/09-(12:51 a.m.) Luis A. Ramos-Rodriguez, M, age 32, of Silver Spring, was arrested for 2 counts 2nd degree assault on an officer, resisting arrest, obstructing and hindering a police investigation and driving under the influence following a complaint in the 1400 block of Westmore Avenue. Mr. Ramos-Rodriguez was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

SEX ASSAULT ARREST
  • 07/08/09-(10:20 p.m. – 10:25 p.m.) Nelson Medina, M, age 21, of Rockville, was arrested 4th degree sex assault and for 2nd degree assault following a complaint at the intersection of Stanley Avenue and Rockville and Avenue. Mr. Medina was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE ARREST
  • 07/09/09-(8:30 a.m.) Babatunde Abinbola Fashina, M, age 24, of Bowie, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice via an open warrant through Prince William County, Virginia following a traffic violation stop in the 15800 block of Frederick Road. Mr. Fashina was issued four traffic citations and transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

BURGLARY ARREST
  • 07/04/09-07/06/09-(12:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.) Prince Emanuel Benjamin, M, age 21, and Fabian Thompson Aguilar, M, age 18, both of Rockville, were arrested for: Mr. Benjamin for 4th degree burglary and theft; Mr. Aguilar for 4th degree burglary and conspiracy to commit theft following a complaint in the 13200 block of Ardennes Avenue. Both Mr. Benjamin and Mr. Aguilar were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

THEFT ARRESTS
  • 07/06/09-(1141 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.) Andrew Tyrone Washington, M, age 23, of Rockville, was arrested for theft following a complaint in the 600 block of Lofstrand Lane. Mr. Washington was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

  • 07/06/09-(9:00 a.m.) Aboa Judithakouanin Amoi, F, age 34, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for theft, 5 counts of possession of a fraudulent government ID, given a false statement to a peace officer and was issued a trespass notice following an earlier incident in the 700 block of Rolling Fields Way. Ms. Amoi was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

  • 07/05/09-(4:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Adolfo Oscar Hernandez, M, age 42, of Rockville, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 800 block of Baltimore Road. Mr. Hernandez was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

  • 07/09/09-(3:00 p.m. – 3:40 p.m.) Michael Francis Watson, M, age 30, of Washington, D.C., was arrested for violating a protection order following a complaint in the 700 block of Chapman Avenue. Mr. Watson was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a toolbox with assorted tools, a circular saw, a cordless drill, a miter saw, a table saw, a nail gun and a jigsaw.
