A1 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 12600 block of Veirs Mill Road in Rockville on Friday, 5/29 between 11:50 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. No sign of forced entry but property was reported missing.

• A theft of vehicle parts occurred in the 5400 block of Randolph Road in Rockville between Tuesday, 5/26 and Thursday, 5/28 during an unknown time frame. Suspects removed a catalytic converter from a 1995 Toyota 4Runner.


A2 Beat:

• An armed robbery occurred in the 1700 block of Crawford Drive in Rockville on Tuesday, 6/2 at 7:00 p.m. Entry was made through an unlocked door and property was taken.
Suspect: B/M, 20-25 yrs. old, 6’-6’4”, 160-190 lbs., mustache & beard, black & white checkered hoodie

• A residential burglary occurred on Denham Court in Rockville on Tuesday, 6/2 at 11:40 a.m. Unknown entry; unknown property taken.
Suspect: W/M, middle-aged, NFD

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 300 block of Nimitz Avenue in Rockville on Tuesday, 6/2 between 1:58 a.m. to 2:15 a.m. A call was received from a citizen advising of three suspects breaking into vehicles. The suspects were stopped nearby and positively identified by the witness. Suspects were stopped and arrested.

• A weapons violation occurred in the 400 block of Calvin Street in Rockville on Saturday, 5/30 at 11:10 p.m. A citizen reported the sounds of shots fired. Responding officers arrested a suspect at the scene.


A3 Beat:

• An aggravated assault occurred at the bus stop enclosure at Frederick Road and Shady Grove Road in Rockville on Thursday, 5/28 at 5:39 p.m. The victim was cleaning the area around the bus enclosure when he was assaulted by the suspect. Suspect was held until responding officers arrived. Suspects arrested at the scene.

• A commercial burglary occurred at the Regal Paint Center, 500 Hungerford Drive in Rockville between Thursday, 5/28 at 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 5/29 at 7:00 a.m. No sign of forced entry but property was reported missing.

• A commercial burglary occurred at the Rockville Swim Center, 355 Martins Lane in Rockville on Saturday, 5/30 at 5:00 a.m. The suspect entered through an unlocked door and was confronted by an employee. Suspect arrested at the scene.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 300 block of Charles Street in Rockville on Monday, 6/1 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Suspects forced entry and removed property.


A4 Beat:

• An armed robbery of a food delivery person occurred in the 600 block of Elmcroft Boulevard in Rockville on Friday, 5/29 at 2:00 p.m. The suspects approached the victim outside the building and displayed a knife, and demanded money. Suspect #1 took the cash and the food and both suspects fled toward Shady Grove Road.
Suspect: B/M, 20-25 yrs. old, 6’2”-6’5”, 160 lbs., grey skull cap, grey sleeveless shirt, black shorts
Suspect: B/M, 17-20 yrs. old, 5’6”-5’8”, 150 lbs., black hoodie with chrome writing, black shorts

• An armed robbery occurred in the 1100 block of Pleasant Circle in Rockville on Wednesday, 6/3 at 12:05 a.m. The suspect responded to an advertisement to purchase a laptop computer. The suspect came to the house and the victim let him in. The suspect assaulted the victim, then grabbed the property and fled out the front door.
Suspect: B/M, 6’, grey sweatshirt, jeans


B1 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 700 block of Carter Road in Rockville on Friday, 5/29 between 9:45 p.m. to 10:16 p.m. No signs of forced entry but door found open. No property was reported missing.


B2 Beat:

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 8900 block of Liberty Lane in Potomac on Sunday, 5/31 at 8:00 a.m. The victim and suspect both work at the nursing home and this incident was domestic related.

• A residential garage burglary occurred in the 9900 block of Juniper Hill Road in Potomac on Tuesday, 5/26 at 11:30 p.m. The suspects entered the victim’s garage through a previously broken door panel but fled when confronted by homeowner. Suspects stopped by responding officers and charged.


• A residential burglary occurred in the 1700 block of Pasture Brook Way in Rockville on Thursday, 5/28 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. Suspects forced entry and removed property.


B3 Beat:

• There were no significant events in the beat this week.


B4 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 11100 block of Smokey Quartz Lane in North Potomac on Sunday, 5/31 at 2:00 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing was removed.
Suspect: B/M, tall, black clothing, NFD
