County Executive Isiah Leggett will highlight his priorities for affordable housing, as well as discuss the challenges of increasing the availability of housing stock during tough economic times. Leggett has included nearly $58 million for the County’s Housing Initiative Fund in his recommended Fiscal Year 2010 operating budget.
