P1 Beat:

• An attempted burglary occurred in the unit block of School Drive in Gaithersburg on Saturday, 4/25 at 11:20 p.m. No entry was gained.

• An armed robbery occurred in the area of 400 West Diamond Avenue in Gaithersburg on Monday, 4/27 at 4:30 p.m. The victim and the suspect got into a dispute over a transaction when the suspect decided to rob them. Though no money was obtained, one victim was stabbed.
Suspect: W/M 16 to 20 years, 6’0” to 6’2”, 160-180 lbs., handgun

Suspect: H/M 5’5” to 5’6”, 160-180 lbs., blue & white button-up shirt, knife

• A theft of vehicle parts occurred in the 200 block of Summit Hall Drive in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, 4/21 around 2:20 a.m. An alert citizen observed three suspects stealing wheels from a Nissan Altima and alerted police. One suspect was found nearby and arrested.


P2 Beat:

• An attempted burglary occurred in the unit block of Timber Rock Road in Gaithersburg on Thursday, 4/24 between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. The resident heard noises, saw no signs of force, and no entry was gained, nothing taken.

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 900 block of Clopper Road in Gaithersburg overnight between Thursday, 4/23 and Friday, 4/24 from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Suspect(s) broke the window and removed a GPS unit, CD’s and cash.


• An attempted theft from a vehicle occurred in the 900 block of Clopper Road in Gaithersburg overnight between Thursday, 4/23 and Friday, 4/24 from 8:00 p.m. to 8:45 a.m. Suspect(s) broke the window but nothing was removed.

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 900 block of Clopper Road in Gaithersburg overnight between Thursday, 4/23 and Friday, 4/24 from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Suspect(s) broke a window and removed CD’s and cash.


R1 Beat:

• A strong-arm robbery occurred on a Ride On bus in the area of Montgomery Village Avenue and Christopher Avenue on Thursday, 4/23 around 9:30 p.m. The adult male victim was surrounded by a group of six, assaulted, and his property stolen. The suspects split up into two groups and fled in different directions upon exiting the bus.

Suspects 2, 3 & 4: B/Ms 18-20 years, 5’9” to 5’11”, 140-160 lbs., black jackets
Suspect: B/F 18-20 years, red shirt, black pants
Suspect: B/F 18-20 years

• An attempted burglary occurred in the 10000 block of Hellingly Place in Montgomery Village between an unknown time on Monday, 4/20 and Monday, 4/27 at 12:00 p.m. Suspect(s) used force but no entry was made.


R2 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 19900 block of Wheelwright Drive in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, 4/21 between 7:45 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Suspect(s) forced entry and removed property.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 8300 block of Marketree Circle in Gaithersburg on Wednesday, 4/22 between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Unknown entry but property was removed.

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 19900 block of Tygart Lane in Gaithersburg on Monday, 4/20 between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Suspect(s) broke the window and removed a GPS unit.

• A theft from a vehicle occurred on Mineral Springs Court in Gaithersburg between Tuesday, 4/21 and Wednesday, 4/22 between 8:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. Suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and removed a laptop computer and a cell phone.

• An attempted theft from a vehicle occurred in the 17900 block of Cottonwood Terrace in Gaithersburg from Tuesday, 4/21 into Wednesday, 4/22 between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. Suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle but nothing was removed.

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the17600 block of Lindstrom Court in Gaithersburg from Tuesday, 4/21 into Wednesday, 4/22 between 3:30 a.m. and 6:50 p.m. Suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and removed a car stereo and set of keys.


• A residential burglary occurred in the 18500 block of Cape Jasmine Way in Gaithersburg on Wednesday, 4/22 between 8:40 a.m. and 10:35 a.m. Suspect(s) forced entry and removed property.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 18300 block of Honeylocust Circle in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, 4/28. Suspect(s) forced entry and removed property.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 18400 block of Guildberry Lane in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, 4/28 between 9:15 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. Suspect(s) forced entry and removed property.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 18400 block of Guildberry Lane in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, 4/28 between 6:05 a.m. and 8:58 p.m. Suspect(s) forced entry and removed property.
