Recreation Department Summer Camps Registration Begins January 20; Still Time to Regi

Montgomery County’s Department of Recreation will begin accepting registrations for summer camps and programs on Tuesday, January 20. Individuals can register by mail, online or in person at the Recreation Department Administrative Offices located at 4010 Randolph Road, Silver Spring.

Among the camp programs offered this year are art and drama and dance camps, and sports camps including both traditional and specialized camps. There are also cooking, horseback riding, AquaSports and history camps with the Montgomery County Historical Society.

Summer Camp guides will be mailed to last year’s summer camp participants and will be available at public libraries, community and aquatic centers. To view the guide online, and/or to register, go to www.montgomerycountymd.gov/rec.
