T1 Beat:

Aggravated Assault
  • An aggravated assault occurred Tuesday, October 7 at 8:10 p.m. in the 200 block of Ethan Allen Avenue. The victim was walking towards Carroll Avenue when approached by a 4-door, gray vehicle (possibly a BMW or Mercedes). The front passenger, a B/M with dreads, rolled down the window and began shooting a B-B gun at the victim. The vehicle, occupied by four subjects, then fled.

T2 Beat:

Burglary Residential
  • 200 block of Winding Hill Way, between Monday, October 6 at 9:00 a.m. and uesday, October 7 at 12:10 a.m. Forced entry. Property taken.
Larceny From Auto
  • 7600 block of Maple Avenue, between Friday, October 3 at 5:45 p.m. and Sunday, October 5 at 11:55 a.m. No forced entry. Property taken.

  • 7700 block of Maple Avenue, Sunday, October 5 between 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Rear tag stolen from victim's vehicle.

  • 8600 block of Flower Avenue, between Sunday, October 5 at 7:30 p.m. and Monday, October 6 at 12:30 a.m. Forced entry. Property taken.
    Suspect 1: H/M, long hair, blue jeans.
    Suspect 2: H/M, short hair, blue jeans. Carrying baseball bat and crow bar.

T3 Beat:

Robbery
  • An armed robbery occurred Tuesday, October 7 at 1:24 a.m. in the 1300 block of University Boulevard. Victim advised that a B/M entered the 7-11 and proceeded around the front counter to the cash register. The suspect had a hand placed under his clothing, implying a weapon and demanded that the employee open the register. The suspect reached in and removed cash before fleeing the store. Suspect: B/M, early 30's, 5' 8"-5' 10", heavy build, weighing approximately 200 lbs, wearing bandana (possibly blue) around his neck.
Larceny
  • 1300 block of University Boulevard, Wednesday, October 8 between 11:00 a.m. and 1:36 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) took unattended purse from restroom.
Larceny From Auto
  • 7600 block of Wildwood Drive, Saturday, October 4 between 3:49 a.m. and 3:59 p.m. Suspect: Male, dark clothing, dark older model Honda.

Arrests
  • On Friday, October 2 at 6:59 p.m. in the 600 block of Houston Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine.

  • On Saturday, October 4 at 12:28 a.m. in the 7000 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence.

  • On Saturday, October 4 at 9:31 p.m. in the 8200 block of Roanoke Avenue, an adult male was arrested on an open warrant through Montgomery County for Failure to Appear, Drinking in Public.

  • On Sunday, October 5 at 1:28 a.m. in the 7400 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with Trespassing, False Statement to Peace Officer, Disorderly Conduct, and Possession of Government ID Belonging to Another.

  • On Monday, October 6 at 8:46 p.m. in the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an adult male was arrested on an open warrant through Anne Arundel County for Robbery, 2nd Degree Assault, and Theft.
