Robbery at Norbeck Road and Bel Pre Road
Robbery at Norbeck Road and Bel Pre Road On Friday January 12th at 7pm the adult male victim stopped at Norbeck and Bel Pre after a black female flagged him down asking for help with a flat tire. The victim observed that the vehicle, an older model silver Buick 4D had no flat. Two black males suddenly appeared and restrained the victim from behind. The suspects reached in the victim’s pockets and removed his wallet, cash, and phone. The victim somehow retained his phone. The female suspect bit the victim on his arm.
