Events   July 5-12, 2012 A Chorus Line Is Coming To Rockville Presented by Rockville Musical Theatre, 17 dancers auditioning for a spot in a new Broadway play tell the director about themselves in song and dance. Fridays, July 6, 13, 20, at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, July 7, 14, 21, at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, July 15, 22, at 2 p.m. at F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre. Tickets on sale.   Cool Off At The Swim And Fitness Center The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center is a full-service fitness and recreation facility. Located near Rockville's Town Center, the facility features two indoor and three outdoor pools along with a fitness and exercise room. The center has a tot pool with fountains; an interactive "sprayground" with slides, fountains, and waterfalls. Register For The Twilight Runfest The Rockville Rotary Twilight Runfest is one of the most popular races of the summer in the National Capital area. Join us on Saturday, July 21. The event consists of an 8K race (including a wheelchair division) and a 1K fun run, music, refreshments and a rockin' good evening.   Play Times At The Town Center Fountain The fountain in town center, a popular way to beat the heat for free, is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. for the 2012 season. The fountain is turned off when events are happening in the square, so be sure to check the schedule to make sure it's up and running. Enjoy A Free For All In The Parks! Enjoy FREE community events in your neighborhood. July 9, Turley the Magician entertains and amazes! In case of inclement weather, call 240-314-8682 after 4 p.m. the day of the show.
