Parents Reaching Out to Educate Communities Together Mr. Greg Lannes, Mr. Greg Richter, and Ms. Taylor Gibson    Moderated by Ed Clarke, Retired MCPD Captain/District Commander and former Director of Safety & School Security for MCPS   Following a brief presentation from panel members, the panel will be opened for   questions and discussion as to real life impacts, risks, and ills of substance abuse.
