Since June 14, there have been four late night/early morning residential burglaries of occupied residences in Silver Spring. All of these incidents have occurred at single family homes between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
The streets on which the burglaries have occurred are the 600 block of Bennington Lane
(map location 1), the 9000 block of Fairview Road
(map location 2), the 1700 block of Noyes Lane
(map location 3), and the 700 block of McNeill Road

- Make use of exterior lights
- Trim hedges to reduce hiding places
- Look out for neighbors – especially those on vacation
