Friends of the Library Announces 20th Literary Luncheon Lecture Series
The Friends of the Library of Montgomery County’s (FOLMC) will kick off the 20th year of the Literary Luncheon Lecture Series on October 18 with literary and life partners Susan R. Shreve and Tim Seldes. Shreve is a novelist and founder of the creative writing program at George Mason University. She will present her recent memoir, “Warm Springs,” which chronicles her life as a child polio survivor. Visit www.susanshreve.com for book excerpts and reviews. Seldes is a literary agent and former managing editor for Doubleday. The couple will discuss reading, writing and working together. On November 15, Doro Bush Koch will present her memoir “My Father, My President: A Personal Account of the Life of George H. W.
