Default DDAPropsed New Support Waiver

DDAPropsed New Support Waiver

Give Your Input to DDA About Proposed
Supports Waiver for Youth and Adults

The Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is considering a new Supports Waiver
to address increased demand from the waiting list. A waiver program
would be eligible for a federal match, freeing state funds to serve more
individuals. This particular waiver would provide services to
transitioning youth and adults with developmental disabilities who live with their families or in the community and do not require residential services.
DDA will be considering a waiver for children, also.

DDA wants to hear from you...individuals with disabilities,
parents, and family members!

Please attend one of these input sessions (click the location name for address):

Additional input opportunities:

  • Conference Call, Monday, July 23, 6 pm, 1.800.988.9761, passcode #3874898
  • Online Survey (available July 17), www.ddamaryland.org
What should you do? Attend an
input session, participate in the conference call, take the online
survey and FORWARD THIS MESSAGE to family and friends!
