Solar and green home expo   Bethesda Green is holding its third annual solar and green home expo this Saturday, June 9. The goal of the event is to provide homeowners and other interested persons an opportunity to get the latest information about area services and incentives to "green" their homes.      The free event will feature many green home expert services and solar providers. There will be workshops on how to green your home, and local area green home businesses will display their services.   10 am-4 pm, Bethesda Green, 4825 Cordell Avenue, second floor, above Capital One bank.     Kensington entertainment this weekend   Rock the Block   Rock the Block is a family-friendly event featuring live music on two stages, games and activities, food and drink.    Noon-8 pm, Antique Village, 3762 Howard Avenue, Kensington. Free.   Old time music hall   In celebration of Queen Elizabeth's diamond jubilee, the British Players presents cabaret-style entertainment in its 48th annual old time music hall, June 8 - 23 (mostly weekend evenings).    Kensington Town Hall, 3710 Mitchell Street.  Tickets are $30.     Bethesda artist market   Saturday, June 9, twenty-five artists will display and sell their original art work and fine crafts, including painting and photography, jewelry, wood, pottery and blown glass at the Bethesda artist market. To add to the enjoyment, there will be live musical performances throughout the day.    10 am-4 pm, Norfolk Avenue between Fairmont and St. Elmo Avenues.
