M1 Beat:

• A commercial burglary occurred at Optimal Learning @ Captain Daly Elementary School, 20301 Brandermill Drive in Germantown, overnight between Saturday, 4/7 and Sunday, 4/8. Forced entry; unknown if anything was taken.

• A sex offense occurred at Montgomery College, 20200 Observation Drive in Germantown, on Friday, 4/6 at 8:00 a.m. The suspect inappropriately touched the victim. Suspect and victim are known to each other.


M2 Beat:

• There were three thefts from vehicles overnight between Friday, 4/6 and Saturday, 4/7 to vehicles left at repair shops. In each event, entry was forced.

• Bobbys Garage, 9913 Lewis Drive in Damascus – Cell phone charger taken.
• B&V Repair, 9871 Main Street in Damascus – two vehicles; no property taken from either vehicle.

M3 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 23800 block of Burdette Forest Road in Clarksburg on Wednesday, 4/4 between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. No forced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 12100 block of Cypress Spring Road in Clarksburg, overnight between Friday, 4/6 and Sunday, 4/8. Unknown entry; property taken.


N1 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 12200 block of Peachcrest Drive in Germantown on Monday, 4/2 between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 19600 block of Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown on Sunday, 4/8 at 9:30 a.m. The suspect is known to the victim.

• There were three thefts from vehicles in the Gunners Lake Community in Germantown overnight between Saturday, 4/7 and Sunday, 4/8. In all events, entry was made via an unlocked door.

• 12300 block of Stoney Bottom Road – Clothing taken.
• 12400 block of Sky Blue Drive – Jewelry taken.
• 12600 block of Grey Eagle Court – Backpack, checkbook and camera taken.

• An attempted vehicle theft occurred at Pinnacle Drive and Germantown Road in Germantown on Thursday, 4/5 at 11:45 p.m. An arrest was made.
Arrested: Male, age 22, from Lanham; Male, age 22, from Hyattsville


N2 Beat:

• An armed robbery occurred in the 18000 block of Cottage Garden Drive in Germantown on Monday, 4/2 at 12:15 a.m. The victim was threatened and property was taken.
Suspects: B/M, 14-16 years old, 5’8”, 180 lbs.; B/M, 14-16 years old, 5’8”, 120-180 lbs.; 2 other B/Ms

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 13700 block of Rockingham Road in Germantown on Thursday, 4/5 at 9:00 p.m. The suspect is known to the victim.
Arrested: Male, age 44, from Boyds

• A residential burglary occurred in the 18800 block of Lake Placid Lane in Germantown on Friday, 4/6 at 2:15 a.m. No forced entry; property taken.
