Police Seek Help in Locating
Missing Briggs Chaney Man

Detectives from the 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for assistance from the public in locating a 46-year-old man missing from the Briggs Chaney area.

Lucot Jean, of the 3300 block of Teagarden Circle, was last seen leaving an apartment building in the 13900 block of Castle Boulevard at approximately 8:50 a.m. on March 18. Since then, Jean has not returned to his residence.

Jean is described as a black male, 5’1” tall, and weighing 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Jean also has white pigmentation around his mouth and several spots on his face. He was last seen wearing a gray pullover sweatshirt, black pants, and a black baseball cap. Jean does not drive, but he does have access to and is familiar with the Metro bus system.

Jean’s family and police are concerned for his physical and mental well-being as he is diagnosed with Down’s syndrome and functions at the level of an 8-year-old.

Lucot Jean, age 46, of the 3300 block of Teagarden Circle, has been located safe and unharmed.
