Scott Features 'Spotlight on Broadway' The Musical Theater Center will present "Spotlight on Broadway" Friday, March 23, at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, March 24, at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 25, at 2 p.m. at F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre, 603 Edmonston Drive. Be a TERRIFIC Rockville Citizen  Do SIX or more good deeds and earn a bike. It's that easy! The program is open to all students enrolled in grades one through five in Rockville public or private elementary schools. All completed submissions must be received by April 2. Don't Miss "Once Upon a Time"   A book festival for young children featuring book-related activities, crafts, a castle moon bounce and strolling storybook characters Saturday, March 24, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Thomas Farm Community Center. The cost is $3 per person at the door. Take a Safety Awareness/Self Defense Class Learn Safety Awareness and Self Defense with City of Rockville Chief Treschuk Monday, April 2, from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, April 9, from 7 to 9 p.m. Held at Twinbrook Community Recreation Center, 12920 Twinbrook Parkway. Cost is $5 R/$7 NR.  Learn What It's All About at the School of Rock(ville) A free, four-day, student citizens awareness program sponsored by the City of Rockville. Open to any Rockville student in grades 9-12, April 25-27, 3:30 - 6 p.m. Students will attend their last session April 30 and will be awarded a Certificate of Completion by the Mayor and Council.   Attend the Rockville Planning Academy Rockville will host a Planning Academy for residents interested in learning more about zoning, planning and the development review process in the community.
