• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 12800 block of Bluet Lane in Silver Spring on Friday 3/9 at 9:50 a.m. An arrest was made.
Arrested: Male, age 48 from Baltimore.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 400 block of Calloway Court in Silver Spring on Wednesday 3/7, between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 500 block of Grand Cypress Court in Silver Spring on Friday 3/9, at 8:10 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 16100 block of Drayton Farm Drive in Spencerville on Friday 3/9, at 8:00 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the unit block of Twig Place in Silver Spring on Wednesday 3/14 at 12:55 a.m. No entry; nothing taken.


J2 Beat:

• A residential burglary occurred in the 17700 block of Old Baltimore Road in Olney on Thursday 3/1 at 3:15 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.


K1 Beat:

• A strong-arm robbery occurred at Connecticut Ave and Grand Pre Road in Aspen Hill on Thursday 3/8 at around 6:00 p.m. The victim was assaulted and the suspects removed property.
Suspects: 5 B/M’s, all 12-13 years old, wearing ski masks

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 3600 block of Pear Tree Court in Aspen Hill on Monday 3/12 at 5:30 p.m. The suspect assaulted the victim; additional details are not available at this time.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 3300 block of Beaverwood Lane in Aspen Hill on Friday 3/9, between 7:00 and 10:30 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 3300 block of Beaverwood Lane in Aspen Hill on Friday 3/9, between 7:00 and10:45 p.m. Forced entry; unknown what was taken.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 4200 block of Landgreen Street in Rockville on Wednesday 3/7, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. No further info available at this time.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 13500 block of Oriental Street in Rockville on Friday 3/9, between 8:40 a.m. and 5:40 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.


L1 Beat:

• A commercial burglary occurred at Popeyes, 12102 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, on Wednesday 3/7, between midnight and 8:00 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.


L2 Beat:

• A strong-arm robbery occurred at Bucknell Drive and Cambridge Park Court in Wheaton on Saturday 3/10 at 11:50 p.m. Property taken from victim.

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 11100 block of Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring on Thursday 3/8. The suspect is known to the victim.

• A commercial burglary occurred at Verizon, 11909 Veirs Mill Road in Silver Spring, on Sunday 3/11 at 1:00 p.m. Forced entry; nothing taken.
